What's Shipped

Every FitMama Method™ membership includes a physical Welcome Kit shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Your Welcome Kit contains:

• FitMama branded tee (size selected at checkout)
• FitMama insulated water bottle (32oz)
• Member journal + pen
• Resistance bands set
• Signed copy of The Mama Makeover Method™ book
• Member ID card
• Personal welcome letter from Jas + Khalil

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your kit ships.

Please note: Your digital membership access (member portal, workout app, content library, community) is unlocked immediately upon purchase, regardless of physical shipping timing.

Delivery Times

Continental United States

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5-8 business days from order date
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days from order date (additional rate calculated at checkout)

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. Standard shipping included; additional fees may apply for expedited delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 7-14 business days
• Other international destinations: 10-21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Welcome Kit ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment at any time using the link provided. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once your kit has been processed and handed to the courier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your Welcome Kit arrives damaged or with missing items, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your household, neighbors, and your local courier. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve and reship if necessary.

Returns of the Welcome Kit

The Welcome Kit is not required to be returned if you request a refund within our 30-day refund window. The kit is yours to keep regardless. See our Refund Policy for full details.
