Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information Relentless Athlete LLC ("we," "us," "our," "FitMama") collects when you use our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account & profile: name, email, phone number, shipping address, t-shirt size
• Health/fitness data: weight, height, age, activity level, goals, breastfeeding status, dietary preferences (collected through the macro calculator and onboarding forms, used to personalize your program)
• Progress data: body measurements, progress photos, weight check-ins, workout logs, food logs (uploaded by you to the FitMama platform)
• Payment info: processed via secure third-party processors (Stripe, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Communications: messages you send our coaches, support team, or post in the member community

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, device info, operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, referring URL
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver The FitMama Method™ to you (provide access, ship Welcome Kit, sync workout app)
• To personalize your program based on your stats and goals
• To process payments and prevent fraud
• To communicate about your membership (welcome emails, program updates, group call announcements, support replies)
• To improve our products and services
• To comply with legal obligations
• With your consent, to send you marketing communications (you can opt out anytime)

3. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following:

• Service providers who help us operate the program: payment processors (Stripe, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay), workout app provider (Everfit), email service (Klaviyo or similar), community platform (Skool), shipping carriers
• Coaching team employed or contracted by Relentless Athlete LLC to provide coaching support
• Legal authorities if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition, sale of assets), in which case we will notify you

4. Health & Sensitive Data

Health-related information you provide (weight, body measurements, progress photos, food logs) is treated with extra care. We only use this data to deliver and personalize the program. Progress photos are private to you and your coach unless you explicitly share them in the community.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Keep you logged in
• Remember your preferences
• Understand how members use our site
• Measure ad effectiveness (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that we delete your information (subject to legal exceptions)
• Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email
• California residents: Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of "sale" of personal information — though we do not sell your information
• EU/UK residents: Rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to restrict processing

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure third-party payment processing, and access controls limiting which staff can see your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever experience a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you per applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or operational obligations. You can request deletion at any time per Section 6.

9. Children's Privacy

The FitMama Method™ is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

FitMama operates from the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your local laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
