Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchasing or using The FitMama Method™. By accessing our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

Not Medical Advice

The FitMama Method™ provides general fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle information based on the personal experience and training of our coaches. It is not intended as, and should not be interpreted as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any health condition.

The information in our program is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician, registered dietitian, licensed therapist, or other qualified healthcare professional. You should always seek the guidance of your healthcare provider for any questions you have regarding a medical condition, before starting any new diet or exercise regimen, and before making any changes to medications, supplements, or treatments.

Consult Your Doctor First

Before beginning The FitMama Method™ — and any other nutrition or exercise program — we strongly recommend that you obtain medical clearance from your physician, especially if you:

  • Are pregnant, recently postpartum, or breastfeeding
  • Have any pre-existing medical condition (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid conditions, hypertension, autoimmune disorders, eating disorders, etc.)
  • Are taking any medication that could interact with diet or exercise
  • Have a history of disordered eating
  • Have any musculoskeletal injury, surgery history, or movement limitation
  • Are over 50 years old
  • Have not exercised in the past 6 months
  • Experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms during exercise

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Although our programs are designed with mamas in mind, pregnancy and the immediate postpartum period are sensitive times that require specific medical clearance. We strongly advise:

  • If you are currently pregnant: consult your OB-GYN before starting any new exercise program
  • If you are postpartum: do not begin until you have received clearance from your healthcare provider (typically 6-12 weeks postpartum, but varies by individual)
  • If you have or suspect diastasis recti: complete the self-test in our Diastasis Recti Repair Guide and skip all core-loaded exercises until cleared

Eating Disorder Disclosure

The FitMama Method™ involves macro tracking, calorie monitoring, and structured nutrition. If you have a current or past history of disordered eating, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or orthorexia, this program may not be appropriate for you. Please consult a licensed therapist or registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders before purchasing.

Individual Results Vary

Any results, testimonials, or transformation stories shown in our marketing materials, on our website, or within our program represent the experiences of specific individuals. Results are not typical and individual outcomes will vary based on starting point, consistency, adherence, genetics, hormonal status, sleep, stress, age, prior dieting history, and many other factors outside our control.

We make no guarantee, express or implied, of any specific outcome — weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, performance improvement, or otherwise — from your participation in The FitMama Method™.

Assumption of Risk

Exercise and physical activity carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: musculoskeletal injury, joint pain, cardiovascular events, falls, and strains. By participating in The FitMama Method™, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

You agree that:

  • You will perform all exercises only within your personal capacity and at your own risk
  • You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any abnormal symptom, and seek medical attention
  • You will not perform any movement that has been advised against by your healthcare provider
  • You will use proper form, appropriate weight selection, and reasonable judgment

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Relentless Athlete LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, and coaches from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising out of or in connection with your participation in The FitMama Method™ or your use of any information provided through our services.

Supplements & Medications

If our program references supplements (such as protein powder, creatine, multivitamins, or others), this is for educational purposes only and is not a recommendation to start any supplement. Consult your physician or registered dietitian before adding or changing any supplements, especially if you are taking medications, breastfeeding, or have any health condition.

Author Credentials

Our content is developed by certified personal trainers and certified nutritionists. However, our coaches are not licensed physicians, registered dietitians, or licensed therapists, and our content is not provided in such a capacity. We do not provide medical or therapeutic services.

Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not rely on FitMama support, our content, or our coaches for emergency medical guidance.
