Our Promise: If The FitMama Method™ isn't the right fit, we'll refund every dollar you paid. You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund. No hoops, no proof required, no "explain why you're quitting."

We stand behind The FitMama Method™. If within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase you decide the program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address used to purchase, and include:
- Your full name
- Your order number or purchase date
- A brief note (optional — we use it to improve, not to challenge your refund)
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days and processed within 5 business days of approval.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund posted to your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay: Refund applied to your installment balance directly. Any payments you've already made will be returned to your original funding source by your BNPL provider
- Other payment methods: Refund processed back to original payment method
The Welcome Kit
Your physical Welcome Kit (FitMama Tee, branded water bottle, journal + pen, resistance bands, signed copy of The Mama Makeover Method™ book, member card, welcome letter) is yours to keep regardless of whether you request a refund. There is no need to return any items, and the value of the Welcome Kit is not deducted from your refund.
After 30 Days
Refunds are not available after the 30-day window has passed. If you have a billing issue, technical access issue, or any other concern after this window, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll do our best to make it right.
Membership Cancellation
The FitMama Method™ is a one-time purchase for the membership term selected (12 weeks, 6 months, or 12 months). There is no recurring subscription to cancel. When your membership term ends, your access to live group coaching calls and the member community ends — but content you've downloaded (PDFs, journal entries, the Mama Makeover Method™ book) remains yours.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or BNPL provider, we ask that you contact us first. We will resolve refund requests within our 30-day window without requiring a dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team can delay your refund and may result in temporary suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
